The centre in Paris is offering 4 FPMT studies programs : Meditation 101, Buddhism in a nutshell, Discovering Buddhism and the Basic Program.

The Basic Program is taught by Gueshe Jamphel the 3rd weekend of each month from September to June.

Every Wednesday (7.30pm) : guided meditation.

We are also offering different activities : Tibetan classes, Thangka painting, Aryuvedic cooking, yoga.

The study group in Reims is offering meditation classes and the Discovering Buddhism program .

We are offering retreats at our retreat centre in the countryside (2 hours from Paris by train)

September 8-14 : Medicine Buddha retreat (with Elio)
November 8-11 : Lam-rim retreat (with Gisèle)
December 1-7 : Shiné retreat (with Christian)
December 24-28 : Chenrezig combined with 8 verses (with Détchèn)

2009 :
January 4-31 : Lam-rim retreat (with Gisèle)
Febuary 2-8 : Vipassana retreat (with Jean-Jacques)
